The beauty of our personal, expert guided tours in London is that they are entirely tailored for you and your party.  That exclusivity means that you’re free to do things your way, at times that suit you, with no being shepherded around with lots of tourists, so there are fewer hard-and-fast rules as to what you should take with you – we can even factor-in lunch or dinner at a good restaurant if you so desire.  There are however, a few pointers for your comfort and convenience.

  1. Camera.  When seeing the splendid sights we have to show you, you will of course want to take countless photographs and perhaps video footage too.  Make sure your battery is fully charged, or bring a spare.
  2. Cash and cards.  Often we will be able to afford you the opportunity to view inside certain attractions and some of these do charge a nominal entrance fee – or we can arrange a discount on a London Pass for you.  You may also wish to purchase souvenirs of your London tour.
  3. Raincoat or Umbrella.  We do everything in our power to ensure your comfort on our private tours, but even we can’t do a great deal about our Great British weather.  We respectfully suggest lightweight or packable versions.
  4. A few light snacks and bottled water.  After all, we have a lot to show you and we’ll be out for some considerable time.

That’s all.  Anything else you feel you need is wholly up to yourself – the car is exclusively for your use, for the duration of your sightseeing tour in London, so if you’d like to bring more with you that’s absolutely fine too.  Because British Tours services is bespoke and door-to-door, you won’t need anything more than those few basics.
