Gloucester Cathedral with its beautiful stained glass and magnificent fan-vaulted cloisters has been a place of worship for 1300 years. Henry lll was coronated here in 1216.

Slightly more recently - the Cathedral features in the Harry Potter films. The mysterious red writing on the wall in 'The Chamber of Secrets' was filmed on the cloister walls opposite the stained glass featured in this Virtual Reality image.
